I’m an idealist (maybe more than I should be), I’m loyal to my values and I’m not afraid to get involved wherever I’m needed if it is for a good reason (definitely more than I should). 😅
After all these years working in the world of online businesses, I know how difficult it is to make a project succeed if you’re alone. And for non-profit organisations it is even harder.
Fortunately, I also know how much of a difference it makes to be able to count on the help of others, even if they are only small contributions.
Sometimes that hand that we lend holds a few seeds. It may seem a small offering, but the person who receives them may end up with a tall and strong forest if they know how to make good use of them. 🌱
I know what I’m talking about because I once received some of those seeds and I now have an amazing oasis of collaborators and projects I’m passionate about.
That’s why, since I started working as a developer, I’ve tried to save some of my time or earnings to support non-profit organizations that promote equality, human rights, respect, physical and mental health.
